Ongoing maintenance for toilets in Diepsloot

HH was invited by the already working local maintenance team WASSUP in 2014 to assist in upgrading and maintaining the post apartheid toilet blocks installed in Diepsloot South Africa. Partnering with international project partners IAMPO, plumbers and trades have since participated in the upgrade of 110 toilets and their maintenance.

A comprehensive project report of the work of WASSUP in upgrading sanitation aims to garner full programme support from the City of Joburg for both upgrading the 642 toilets and funding an ongoing cyclical maintenance program.
