HH had to carefully consider the best structure to deliver a broad range of work associated with the Housing for Health program. We knew the business model used would impact on the type and quality of work produced. A key question was if the ‘not for profit’ model was the only way to go or was there merit in a ‘for profit’ company with a social business structure?
