Several reports about the HH paper were made public but we notice that a scant record of the conference proceedings is on line.

Go to the core of the conference paper and dwell on the hard facts that are not so popular when considering any Indigenous infrastructure or housing issues in the current climate of big money and little ideas.

Conferences can be valuable if the resources devoted to the conference ensures some real change.
