Trades

Licensed trades are employed to complete urgent Survey Fix work repairs identified by the local teams and specified by the Housing for Health database.

Similar trades also complete the major fix works between Survey Fix 1 and 2. The prioritised urgent safety and health works require electrical and plumbing trades first but other trades are used as required.
